All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service price.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.

• We offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment for services that do not meet your expectations.
• Refunds are not offered for services already rendered, but we will work to make it right.
• All service guarantees are at the discretion of management.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Payment is due at the time of service.
